Candidate Sourcer

Job description

We are looking for smart, creative, and resourceful Sourcers to work with us on a long term, part-time, hourly/contract remote basis. We will hugely value your contributions, get excited about your creative ideas, and if you can teach us a thing or two, we'll jump for joy. 

Our ideal partners in crime go beyond the standard LinkedIn search, and use very advanced methods to efficiently find amazing potential candidates where others can't. 

This position is centered around sourcing, but if you (very optionally) want to break up your day with other types of responsibilities, we'd be happy to chat about other talents you might have. We have other positions open (Team Growth Strategist / Interviewer, as well as Admin / Superhero).

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Preferred, but not at all required:
    • Experience working in a company that had clients across a wide variety of industries
    • Former department managers/leaders with strong retention and experience hiring team members in addition to leading them
    • Proven experience (more than 3 years minimum) real-world business experience producing deliverables and results in a variety of roles
